Tapis Théâtre is a curated evening of theatre that celebrates the newly devised, improvised and scripted work from international artists in Paris. The bi-annual event is an opportunity for artists to perform and develop their work with each edition showcasing up to eight new pieces of theatre. Artists have 10 minutes to perform anything and everything they wish, as long as it occurs on the « tapis » (rug). Each performance is documented by an in-house artist who illustrates each performance live, their work can be purchased during the event. There are always snacks, nibbles and wine.
